Love & Chicago Tour with Alessia Cara
The infamous Miss Alessia Cara was joined by Indy on her Love and Hyberbole Tour in House of Blues Chicago! Alessia wanted to celebrate her new album with her lovely fans on top of giving them the opportunity to meet her in person. Being a part of this experience was so incredibly welcoming and had me dancing all night long!

Indy Yelich a singer from New Zealand opened for Alessia with such an amazing story to tell. Her new EP Fame Is A Bedroom about her experience moving to NYC and all the emotions she went through. Her growth and raw authenticity truly radiates within this album even more so live. She has always been a story teller since childhood and having those thoughts being expressed through her music has honestly reeled me in as soon as she started her set. I cannot recommend her enough!!

Now Alessia herself, the WOMAN the MYTH the LEGEND the QUEEN herself (who was also debuted in the Disney film Moana with How Far I'll Go) and all I'll say is I have never been so excited to see her in person let alone photograph her! She emits such a positive and outgoing energy as she stepped on stage. Alessia was very vocal about how she always wants everyone in her shows to sing along and most importantly, have fun! Alessia's songs speak of her struggles dealing with change as well as her personal fears that have changed the course of her life into the woman she has become today. She had everyone dancing and letting them be themselves for a while. I had almost forgot I was there to do a job. Please give her new album a listen and let it speak to you as it has for me!

"All you have to do is stay a minute
Just take your time
The clock is ticking, so stay
All you have to do is wait a second
Your hands on mine
The clock is ticking, so stay"
