Hombres G & Enanitos Verdes, together on stage, defining a generation of music

Hombres G - a band from Madrid, Spain - & Enanitos Verdes - from Mendoza, Argentina - drop into the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL as their second stop into their ”Huevos Revueltos” tour.

These two bands - who are groups that need no introduction - are currently on tour to commemorate, and pay tribute, to Enanitos Verdes’ late lead vocalist, Marciano Cantero, who passed away in 2022.

Wow! Wow! WOW! Saying that that this performance was amazing would be a discredit to the show - and to these rockstars who have cemented, and rightfully deserve, their place in music history. Music comes and goes, but when generations upon generations of people can say that they grew up with a band(s), then you know that they have done something right. There are not many bands that can create hooks, and intros, so catchy that you know what song is being played by the first second of the song(s).

As a lover and consumer of music, first, it was such an honor to be to at this show and share this experience with everyone - to be in the same room with everyone, both, paying tribute and celebrating life. For a few hours, regardless of circumstances, you are able to basque in the shared joy, of shared experience with those around you. For a few hours, regardless of where you go see this spectacle, I can assure you that you will forget where you are.. like being transported into a new world.

If you have been considering going, but were on the fence about actually going, I will save you the headache of thinking.. GO!
