Beauty School Dropout at the Subterranean!

Beauty School Dropout brings the heat at the Subterranean Chicago with special guests Nightbreakers! The night started off strong as Nightbreakers played their first song Fake Smile and I could already tell this was gonna be a fun night. Their vibrant, loud energy surrounded the entire room. As small as a venue it is, the space surely felt alive and had every fan watching as the band played. So far this year I have discovered new bands and they always end up with a new fan. Nightbreakers have officially been added to my list! Every single song was such a banger and are now on my playlist! I would definitely recommend them!

Beauty School Dropout was next and it has been quite some time since I saw them last. If you have seen my article last summer, they were openers for the wide known Summer School Tour and while it was only for a short time, they left a strong impression on me. Which was why I was so excited to see them come back to Chicago and I had to take this opportunity! AND A HEADLINE TOUR?! I am beyond proud of them!

XXX was the first song they introduced and surely after the song ended, Bardo, the guitarist, broke his guitar (I'm not completely sure what happened maybe a broken guitar string but nonetheless it was a very unique start to the show). What do you do when things unexpectedly happen? Well have a heart to heart with your audience of course! They were super funny and sweet about the situation and everything worked out in the end! Maybe in some funny way it meant good luck since for the rest of the show, it was absolute fire!

All I want to say is thank you so much for the tour workers who made this show flawless and took the incident with such professionalism. Also with the venue security and tour photographers, I know it probably was not easy to get through the crowds and having to move so much to get the shot, but I don't doubt you got sick shots. Thank you for allowing me to have this opportunity, I had so so much fun!
